From the free shuttle, the friendly staff who recommended us how to explore the place with less climbing walk, for their excellent service making sure their guests have a comfortable stay (making us felt so privileged) and a fantastic experience at Alishan, free tea near lobby area to make sure guests keep them warm, room is spacious and spotless clean, the roof top observation deck is really good (you can see sky clouds, sun set, we even got to see shooting stars) there. Good breakfast and dinner.

Great location and walking distance to Ximen train station. Rooms are clean, well furnished and there’s a lounge on 2nd floor that serves simple breakfast. The bath had tea instead of salt to put in the water, interesting touch.

One of the more modern hotels in Alishan forest area. Reasonable price. Room is small but functional. Bed is comfortable. Location is good as it is a 10 minute walk to the Alishan train station.

In the toilet, there was an automatic toilet, like Japanese toilet, and they provided 2 large towels, 2 small towels and also a bathroom mat. The staff was helpful.
